All sales are final.
Due to the mature, custom, and digital nature of our products — including erotic art, greeting cards, journals, and e-books — we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Exceptions
Damaged or defective items. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos at customersupport@steelpulsemstudio.com for a replacement or store credit.
Digital downloads. Non-refundable once accessed.

- To process orders, payments, and fulfillment.

1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Steel Pulse Magic Studio and our services. By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Age restriction — 18+ only
Our content is mature and NSFW. By using this site, you confirm you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction. We strictly enforce this policy.
3. User conduct
- No illegal activities, harassment, or misuse of the platform.
- Do not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
- We may terminate access for violations without notice.
4. Products and sales
All sales are final. No refunds due to the mature and digital nature of our products. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. Printed item colors may vary slightly from screen.
5. Intellectual property
All content — art and designs — is owned by Steel Pulse Magic Studio and protected by copyright. A limited personal-use license is granted upon purchase. No commercial use permitted. All artwork is original. All depicted characters are fictional adults aged 18 or older, intended solely for entertainment and artistic admiration. Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.
6. Payments and shipping
Secure payments via Shopify. Shipping via USPS — rates calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental losses.
8. Governing law
Governed by California, United States law. Disputes resolved in California State courts.
